Shipment and Handling Fees
The reaction time for a standard order - calculated from the receipt of the written order by the agency to the handover of the transport service - is 48 hours.Forwarding will take 1-2 days (Worldwide up to 10 days) in addition. The handlings fees includes also shipment and export fees.
BURG Services delivers the ordered advertising materials using UPS / Fedex service directly to the consignee. Abroad shipping into other regions than EU are delivered on DAP basis. Cost, insurance and freight to the purchaser are covered by BURG Services GmbH & Co. KG, this also includes import, customs clearance and delivery to the final destination with in the countries. The customer must initiate or accept, if necessary the customs clearance, if not additional charges may occur.
The handling of urgent orders is possible in exceptional cases. In case an order reaches to agency up to 13.00 p.m., the goods can be shipped same day. For an extra charge, the goods will be shipped by express services with a fixed date on request.
